2017-11-24

With the rapid development of Mongol studies, the establishment of the International Center for Mongol Studies at Inner Mongolia Normal University (IMNU) is promoting the development of ethnology at the university.

The center was originally called the Research Center for Mongol Studies from its founding in 1989 until 1998.

IMNU has a long history in Mongol studies, and has the largest research team compared to other universities such as the Inner Mongolia University for Nationalities and the Inner Mongolia University.

The center is responsible for the organization, coordination and promotion of Mongol studies. It has built research teams focusing on Mongol studies and developed research plans.

IMNU has produced many publications on Mongol studies for the center and made great contributions by holding research activities and applying for research projects.

The center is also committed to upgrading the level of Mongol studies at IMNU by collecting the latest news about Mongol studies and seeking cooperation with international institutions.

At the end of each year, it publishes the latest research results in its magazine International Center for Mongol Studies, with the aim of gaining influence in international academic circles.
