The Inner Mongolia Division of the 2017 "FLTRP Cup" quarterfinals concluded at Inner Mongolia University for Nationalities on Oct 21. 

A total of 104 students from 24 colleges and universities in Inner Mongolia autonomous region participated in the "FLTRP Cup" which includes the English Public Speaking Contest, English Writing Contest, and English Reading Contest.

Pu Hongshu from the College of Chemistry and Environmental Science at Inner Mongolia Normal University (IMNU) won a special prize and qualified for the Final of English Public Speaking Contest, which will be held in December in Beijing.

Five other students from IMNU also achieved good results, wining second prize for the English Public Speaking Contest, the first and second prize for the English Writing Contest, and the second and third prize for the English Reading Contest.

The "FLTRP Cup", mainly organized by the Foreign Languages Teaching and Research Press, is the largest and the most prestigious national competition of its kind in China.
