The 2023 National Conference on the High-Quality Development of the Computing Industry, hosted by the China Communications Industry Association Data Center Committee, was recently held at the National Convention Center in Beijing.

During the conference, the organizing committee of the China Industry Annual Ceremony jointly awarded Horinger New Area – located in Hohhot, capital city of North China's Inner Mongolia autonomous region – with the honorary certificate of "Pioneer of High-Quality Computing Development."

In recent years, Hohhot has been leveraging its resource advantages to develop an electronics information technology industry cluster that focuses on big data and cloud computing.

Horinger New Area is accelerating the construction of national computing network nodes and the Hohhot data center cluster. It aims to become a national-level computing security base that will vigorously promote the development of computing infrastructure and the construction of a green computing industry ecosystem.
