As of the beginning of 2023, the PUE design value of the power utilization efficiency of the data centers in Horinger New Area reached a minimum of 1.18, and the measured value reached a minimum of 1.19, ranking the new area in the forefront in energy efficiency among the eight central computing power hub nodes in the country.

The new area also deeply promotes the supply of green energy. During the 14th Five-Year Plan period (2021-25), it is planned to develop 5.2 million kilowatts of wind power resources and 1.2 million kW of photovoltaic power generation.
