Yili wins national recognition for corporate culture

Chinese dairy giant Inner Mongolia Yili Industrial Group, or Yili – based in Hohhot, capital city of North China's Inner Mongolia autonomous region, won the National Enterprise Culture Outstanding Achievement Special Award, the only dairy company in the industry to receive this honor.

Under the leadership of Pan Gang – president of Yili Group – Yili adheres to the corporate creed of "Yili is quality" and promotes the sustainable development of the enterprise.

Yili has obtained the "three lines" of quality management within the industry. They are the national standard line, the enterprise standard line, and the internal control line.

According to the 2022 China Market Report from the Brand Footprint, released by Kantar Worldpanel, Yili Group continues to top the list of "brands most chosen by consumers". They have a brand penetration rate of 92.4 percent and a consumer touchpoint of 1.3 billion,

Kantar Worldpanel's brand tracking results also show that Yili has remained the "most preferred brand" with Chinese consumers for 10 consecutive years.

Yili won the China Quality Award for two consecutive years in 2021, and was the only dairy company selected for the "19th China Quality Award".

The dairy giant has recorded progress in its quality management, winning the ARE-QP Award earlier this year. The ARE-QP Award is one of the highest awards for quality management in Asia. The evaluation focuses on the core technology of enterprise quality management and how the enterprise meets the needs of consumers in the process of quality management.
