Plans are for the JD Technology (Hohhot) Digital Economy Industrial Park to settle in the Saihan district in Hohhot – capital city of North China's Inner Mongolia autonomous region – following an agreement signed on Sept 26.

The project includes a digital economy industrial park and a digital economy industry service platform.

It also involves the construction of six service centers – including an industrial big data center, an industrial agglomeration center, an industrial cultivation center, a trade promotion center, a brands operation center and a talent service center.

The two parties – JD Technology and the Saihan district government – will follow a "platform + operation" model to promote the introduction, cultivation and incubation of local innovative industries, enabling industry aggregation and increasing the output value.
