Horinger issues 15m-yuan settlement grants to enterprises
The Horinger New Area in Hohhot city – capital of North China's Inner Mongolia autonomous region – recently issued 14.71 million yuan ($2.18 million) of bonus funds for 11 enterprises that have settled in the area, according to local media reports.
The new area also opened the first online service platform in the region, relying on big data, to supervise the credit and accountability system of intermediary agencies and to further optimize the process of establishing businesses. It's called the "internet + government service" platform.
The platform provides businesses, business employees and intermediaries with intermediary agency registration information, information publicity, reputation promotions, service inquiries and other services, and realizes data sharing and the real-time supervision of intermediary service agency-related information.
What's more, the new area has fully implemented the electronics business of transferring the whole process of industrial and commercial business registrations online, as well as extended its services from 8 hours a day to 24 hours.
In addition, Horinger has optimized the environment in the public service hall, implemented a one-stop processing mechanism and achieved a 100 percent online processing rate for all examination and approval matters.
