49 COVID-19 vaccination sites set up in Hohhot

With the drop in new locally transmitted COVID-19 cases, Hohhot, capital of North China's Inner Mongolia autonomous region, has resumed vaccinations in districts and counties under its administration, with the exception of Tumd Right Banner, according to information released at its 24th COVID-19 prevention and control press conference.
In addition to the 25 vaccination points announced previously, 24 more vaccination points have been added, bringing the total in the city to 49.
As of 17:00 on March 13, the city has administered a total of 684,400 booster shots. A total of 261,100 children aged 3-11 received their first dose of the vaccine and 226,400 received their second dose, while 442,700 people over the age of 60 have been fully vaccinated.
Hohhot strictly follows vaccination regulations. Before being vaccinated, an informed consent form must be signed, patient information must be registered, and a 30-minute observation period must follow the jab.
According to the Hohhot Municipal Health Commission, the arrangements were made in accordance with national and regional COVID-19 vaccination work in order to further strengthen immunity among the population.
