With the theme of "Sensing Tomorrow", the annual meeting enabled all attenders to look back on the past year, especially the ways that Yili Group has been devoted to the well-being of every employee. To date, the company has established over 40 welfare projects, 85 percent of which are not legally compulsory.

Its "Spring Rain Loans" are special loans that Yili offers to workers to solve their problems in purchasing houses, medical services, education and so on. By the end of December 2020, Yili had provided 278.09 million yuan in loans in total. In addition, the company also launched the "Love Fund," in which 12.19 million yuan had been donated to help employees in need.

Yili was also highly praised for its great efforts and social responsibility contributions taken during the COVID-19 pandemic. The company raised staff wages at the very beginning of 2020 when most companies suffered from the lockdown, scaled back on their production, and reduced their staff numbers. Pan Gang, president of Yili Group, renewed his pledge for 2021. Despite the increasing uncertainties and fiercer competitions brought by the global market, Yili will be a fearless leader in exploring new businesses, creating new opportunities, and searching for new markets, he said.
