Yili makes national brand power ranking

Yili Group, a Chinese dairy company, topped the 2019 brand power ranking for liquid milk brands on the recently-released China Brand Power Index.

This is the third time the company has made the list.

The China Brand Power Index is the first brand power evaluation system in China. It was launched in 2011 by Chnbrand, a leading Chinese brand evaluation institute.

The index is based on consumer evaluations and feedback on particular brands and has been recognized by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of the People's Republic of China. It aims to help consumers choose their favorite brand and promote the establishment of brand evaluation systems among Chinese companies.

On Jan 22, it was announced that the dairy group may become the fourth most valuable food brand in the world, based on an annual ranking released by Brand Finance, a brand valuation consultancy in London.

The dairy producer's strong performance comes after a year of efforts to improve its products. It has diversified its products and satisfied consumers around the world.

The company has revealed that it plans to make its products available to 2 billion people around the world by 2020.
