The Second Affiliated Hospital of Inner Mongolia Medical University was built in 1985. It is a third-level grade A orthopedics hospital with regional orthopaedics institutes and is a national base for control and prevention of orthopedic diseases. The hospital has more than 400 beds and can treat 100,000 outpatients and11,000 inpatients annually.
