Pupils learn technique of movable-type printing in N China
Primary school students in Hohhot, North China's Inner Mongolia autonomous region try out the movable-type printing on Nov 28. The school organized students to learn technique of movable-type printing, one of the world's oldest printing techniques. The printing system was invented by Bi Sheng in China during the Northern Song Dynasty (960-1127). It is mainly used to print genealogies and scriptures at present. [Photo/Xinhua]
