Inner Mongolia Saikexing Breeding and Reproductive Biotechnology founded in 2006 is a high-tech company which has operations in forage grass planting and animal husbandry. The company is committed to providing products and services with considerable added value for businesses in the Chinese dairy and farming industries.

By combining scientific management, R&D, effective production and market expansion, Saikexing aims to vertically integrate its operations in modern agriculture. It has invested 200 million yuan ($28.90 million) in building a R&D institute of reproductive technology which covers an area of about 5.43 hectares in Hohhot.

The institute, listed on the National Equities Exchange and Quotations (NEEQ) on Nov 16, 2015, focuses on rearing new breeds of cattle and sheep which satisfy the market demands of the Inner Mongolia autonomous region by applying biotechnologies to traditional breeding techniques. Also, it researches and develops breeding and reproductive technologies, such as animal cloning and embryonic transfer.

Saikexing now has 17 subsidiaries and holding companies, including Benteng Dairy, Beifang Lianniu and Saikexing Forage. On Nov 12, 2015, the group got listed on NEEQ, taking its first step into the capital market.
