The Innovation and Entrepreneurship Practice Base of the HNU-ASU Joint International Tourism College of Hainan University (HAITC) is a student organization under the leadership of the CPC HAITC committee and under the guidance of the CCYL HAITC committee.

An innovation incubation base founded in 2018, it provides students of the college with a high-level platform for innovation and entrepreneurship exchanges, cooperation, and development, and offers them relevant resources, support and guidance.

Dedicated to helping students realize their dreams and overcome obstacles in the process, the base highlights innovative development and takes innovation as the driving force behind entrepreneurship.

The base consists of an innovation and entrepreneurship service department, a competition affairs department, a general affairs office and a creation and publicity department.

The innovation and entrepreneurship service department organizes training for innovation and entrepreneurship issues, holds relevant lectures and publicity sessions, and supports entrepreneurial activities.

The competition affairs department undertakes college-level innovation and entrepreneurship competitions, from which outstanding contestants are selected to attend higher-level contests, such as the China College Students' "Internet+" Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition, the "Challenge Cup" National College Students Extracurricular Academic Science and Technology Works Competition, and the "Challenge Cup" Chinese College Students Business Plan Competition. It also organizes the college’s innovation and entrepreneurship contests as well as related training and mentoring sessions.

The general affairs office is an important functional department of the base. It draws up files and documents, holds regular meetings, and collects materials and bills for innovation and entrepreneurship projects.

The creation and publicity department conducts publicity, creates promotional posts, designs posters and roll-up banners for various events, and takes and processes photos.
