After admission, does the college have specific requirements for students' foreign language proficiency? How about if the student fails to meet the requirements in English?
Students' English proficiency must meet the ASU recognized standards within one year after enrollment. This means they must meet any of the following requirements, including: IELTS score of 6.0 and above/TOEFL score of 61 and above/PTE score of 53 and above/Duolingo score of 95 and above/complete the standard online courses of EUGA English language learning set by ASU.
Students who have not met the standard of English scores within one year can apply for extension or suspension of their studies (minimum 1 year, maximum 2 years). After the English scores meet the requirements, they can continue their second-year courses.
