Ma Li, Ph.D., a graduate of the Third Military Medical University, is serving as Chief Physician of the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology, PLA Rocket Force General Hospital. Dr. Ma is a youth member of the Whole-Army Obstetrics and Gynecology Committee, and a member of the Endocrinology Group and Perinatal Group. She also works as a postgraduate supervisor at Jinzhou Medical University.

Dr. Ma has been doing clinical and teaching work in obstetrics and gynecology, mainly specialized in assisted reproduction, premature ovarian failure and stem cell and endocrine regulation research. She won a second prize of the military science and technology progress award, five third prizes of military, provincial and ministerial medical achievements awards; and undertook a capital health development research special fund project, a capital clinical characteristic application research project, and a Rocket Force Youth fund project. She has published more than 30 academic papers and has participated in the preparation of Chinese Obstetrics and Gynecology (2013 edition).

She won the titles of the "Top Ten Medical Model", "Top Ten Excellent Teacher" and "Good Doctor like Norman Bethune" of the PLA Rocket Force General Hospital, and was also given the personal third-class merit award.
