Wuzhishan Revolutionary Base Area Memorial Park was recently listed as a national 4A tourist attraction.

Located in Maogui village, Maoyang town, Wuzhishan, Hainan province, 25 kilometers away from the city, Wuzhishan Revolutionary Base Area Memorial Park was built in 2001. It is based on the former site of the Qiongya Column Command and covers an area of 238 mu (16 hectares).

The scenic spot consists of monuments and relief walls, memorial plazas, martyrs' cemeteries, reception rooms, Huanyuan Road, parking lots, as well as historical galleries to form a red tourist attraction that integrates history, sightseeing, and education services into the memorial park.

It is the first in Hainan to focus on the traditional revolutionary education base, which boasts sightseeing and vacation services, while also spotlighting the traditional culture of the Li and Miao ethnic groups. It is one of the 100 red tourist scenic spots and 30 classic red tourist routes in the country.

Opening hours: 8:30-12:00, 14:30-17:30, closed on Monday (excluding holidays).
