Teachers and students who have been cured of confirmed or asymptomatic COVID-19 infections and discharged from the hospital or who have been released from centralized isolation medical observation should conduct home health monitoring for seven days before returning.
Teachers and students who are in close or sub-intensive contact should return to school with two negative nucleic acid test certificates taken within 72 hours of their return after completing corresponding control and health management requirements.
Teachers, students, and school employees with symptoms like a fever, cough, sore throat, rash, and diarrhea should not return to school for the time being. After they have been cured and have tested negative repeatedly for the COVID-19 infection, they can report to the school for approval before returning.
When entering the school campus, teachers and students who meet the conditions for returning to school should follow measures, such as scanning the itinerary code and the location code, receiving temperature measurements, as well as wearing a mask before entering the school.
If the school situation changes due to the COVID-19 pandemic situation, the Haikou Municipal Epidemic Prevention and Control Headquarters will make a comprehensive study and judgment based on the pandemic situation and preparations for the opening of the school, making any necessary news announcements in a timely manner.
