125 artworks on display in Hainan to celebrate CPC's centenary

To mark the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China, Hainan put on a special art show featuring 125 Chinese paintings, oil paintings, watercolor paintings and sculptures.

The artwork was selected from over 400 submissions and focuses on big moments in Hainan as well as excellent Party members from the past 100 years. 

In addition, artwork by 20 renowned Hainan-based artists and painters were put on display at the exhibition.

The show covers four main parts – the revolutionary period, the liberation of Hainan, the reform period and the construction of the Hainan Free Trade Port.
