The third Hainan Island International Film Festival (HIIFF) released its main poster on Nov 28 in Sanya.
A total of 189 films from nearly 60 countries and regions will be screened in cinemas across Hainan province during the third Hainan Island International Film Festival (HIIFF), which is slated to take place in Sanya from Dec 5 to 12.
From Nov 13 to 20, the third Hainan Island International Film Festival (HIIFF) released the full screening lists for its eight major programmes: Gala, World Cinema, Asian Spectrum, China Vista, Reality Matters, Possibilities, Spotlight and Cinema Regained.
The Third Hainan Island International Film Festival is scheduled to be held in Sanya, Hainan province from Dec 5 to 12, with a total of 4,376 films from 114 countries and regions having been submitted, almost double the total submissions from last year's edition.
