To help increase farmers' incomes, Xiaoqing town in the county has invited more than 500 employees and customers from Guizhou Xi Jiu Company to participate in agricultural picking activities on Sept 14.

As part of efforts to promote Xiuwen as a micro-vacation destination, all major villages in the county now have a high reception capacity for tourists. Tourists can enjoy the beautiful countryside while picking kiwi fruit in the parks.

Kiwi fruit is a pillar industry in Xiuwen, with a planting area of 167,000 mu (11133.33 hectares), ranking first in the province and third in the country.

In recent years, Xiuwen has also cooperated with e-commerce platforms such as JD and established a smooth online circulation system, achieving next-day delivery to multiple cities.
