Xiuwen promotes its real estate in Chongqing

A conference promoting real estate in Xiuwen county of Guiyang, the capital of Southwest China's Guizhou province, where people can escape the summer heat, was held in Jiangbei district of Chongqing on Aug 25.

At the conference, 14 cultural and tourism enterprises and real estate companies from Xiuwen promoted the county's residential properties and tourism offerings, inviting people from Chongqing to venture there to enjoy a cool summer vacation.

The tourism real estate consultants conducted theme-based promotions, providing detailed information about the county's industrial development, climatic conditions, transportation, ecological environment, as well as information on the preferential policies available there.

The Xiuwen County Real Estate Association also signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Chongqing Yizhihong Marketing Planning Co.

Starting this month, the association will issue house payment deduction coupons to homebuyers from outside the province, which vary depending on the cost of the property. The maximum deduction is 30,000 yuan ($4,124.05).

Meanwhile, generous sales commission rewards are being offered for successful collaborations.
