Xiuwen basketball finals conclude with thrilling end to season

The basketball finals of the Xiuwen first national fitness games were held in Xiuwen county, Guiyang, capital of Southwest China's Guizhou province, on July 3-4.

The finals were categorized into four distinct groups: women's group, township group, enterprise group, and government department group. In each of these groups, eight teams competed fiercely to secure the first and second place, in their bid to become the champions.

In order to improve the experience for participants, basketball referees at the national level were invited to assist with the game.

After fierce competition, Jingyang sub-district women's group, Zhazuo sub-district men's group, Fengwang Express group, and the public security bureau team emerged as the champions in the women's, township, enterprise, and government department groups, respectively.

The Xiuwen first national fitness and basketball games lasted two months and attracted 58 participating groups.

On the day, the finals were live-streamed on the local news website and the Douyin and WeChat video platform, with a total view count exceeding 750,000.
