Xiuwen-based dairy company showcases smart factory at expo

The Guizhou Haoyiduo Dairy Co – located in Xiuwen county, in Guiyang, capital of Southwest China's Guizhou province – was a hit when it showcased its smart factory at the China International Big Data Industry Expo 2023, held in the city on May 26-28.

The company is a dairy product enterprise specializing in dairy cattle breeding, forage planting and processing, and the R&D, production and sale of high-quality dairy products.

Currently, there are 4,000 imported Holstein cows in the company's cow breeding center. During the breeding process, staff members place an ear tag on each cow and observe and monitor its food intake, exercise and health status through it to ensure its health and strength.

From the collection of fresh milk to the milk warehouse and then onto the production of milk, the system automatically records temperature, pressure, water, electricity and other data at each stage, including the functional status of each motor and each valve.

The company has also built an integrated big data management system to realize the intelligent connection between market demand and production. Customers place orders online and the system automatically calibrates the data.

In addition, customers need only to place an order through the company's WeChat app and the milk is delivered directly to their doors within 24 hours.
