Xiuwen companies continue to operate during holiday

During the National Day holiday on Oct 1-7, many enterprises in Xiuwen county, Guiyang, capital of Southwest China's Guizhou province, ran at full capacity to minimize losses caused by the COVID-19 pandemic.

Guizhou Runda Gas Co in Jiuchang sub-district in the county is a professional gas supply company dealing in flammable gas, non-flammable gas, and medical oxygen.

In order to ensure safety from production to transportation, the company has adopted information management and video monitoring of the whole process from the loading of hazardous chemical vehicles to delivery.

Over the holiday, the company had nearly 40 people on duty and seven sub-hazardous vehicles running, ensuring the medical oxygen supply for large hospitals in the province.

CRRC Guizhou Huitong Shenfa Steel Structure Co also continued to operate over the holiday under the premise of pandemic prevention and control.

The company has a workshop of more than 80,000 square meters, and 11 modern steel structure production lines. Its main products are bridge steel structures, building steel structures, and intelligent garages, and it has an annual output of 160,000 metric tons of building steel structures.

Over the holiday, the company's daily output exceeded 150 tons, and the products have been sold to Yunnan, Sichuan, Guangxi, Jiangxi and other places.
