Xiuwen county, Guiyang, capital of Southwest China's Guizhou province, started returning to normal on Sept 10, except for Zhazuo and Jingyang sub-districts and Liutun town.

Farmers' markets, supermarkets, banks, gas stations, barber shops, pharmacies, convenience stores and other places in the county resumed normal operations with certain restrictions.
Dining establishments in the county are still not allowing customers to dine in, only providing food delivery services such as in-store pickup and takeaway.

Hospitals receive patients and people living in the county are returning to work like normal, but have been advised not to leave the district unless necessary.
There are currently sufficient supplies in supermarkets and pharmacies in Xiuwen, and residents are abiding by pandemic prevention requirements when shopping.
