Government affairs services further improved in Xiuwen

To further improve the efficiency of government work, Xiuwen county in Guiyang, capital of Southwest China's Guizhou province, has continued to promote the one-stop handling of government affairs services.

The Xiuwen county services hall covers an area of more than 6,000 square meters and has 98 windows. Aside from the public security vehicle management office with special requirements for the site, all 37 units and departments are involved in administrative examination and approval services in the county, capable of handling a total of 1,439 items.

A window for items that can be handled at all government service halls in the province has been set up and fully equipped. The province's first 671 such items are capable of remote receipt, acceptance, and processing.

Xiuwen has also strengthened the management of guidelines for handling affairs for the examination and approval of service items. It has achieved the same administrative power issue at the national, provincial, municipal, and county levels, with consistent names, types, basis, and codes.

In addition, the county has promoted 100-percent access to the Guiyang data-sharing and exchange platform for newly-built, non-confidential business systems.

A government service review system has been implemented as well, and 125,924 reviews were collected through evaluation channels such as QR codes, service hall evaluators, and government service networks. Among them, 76,792 were very satisfied and 49,132 were satisfied, with an overall satisfaction rate of 100 percent.
