New tourist bus debuts in Xiuwen county to aid tourism development

The tourist bus uses electronic tickets, online ordering, map navigation and dedicated seats to provide visitors to the county with a comfortable and convenient travel experience.

The bus can visit several scenic spots in the county, including Taoyuan River Eco-tourism Zone, China Yangming Cultural Park, Guizhou Forest Wildlife Park and Qiangui Liuguang Hot Spring.

In recent years, Xiuwen county has invested considerable effort to create a national tourism demonstration zone and become a national cultural tourism county. At present, the county has four 4A-level scenic spots.

In 2019, the county received 21.88 million tourists and achieved a total tourism income of 18.17 billion yuan ($2.66 billion), a year-on-year increase of 28.8 percent and 32.67 percent, respectively.
