Streamlined services bolster quality business environment in Xiuwen

Xiuwen county in Guiyang, the capital of Southwest China's Guizhou province, has strengthened its implementation of measures to solve shortcomings and problems in the improvement of the business environment. 

To raise the sense of gain and satisfaction, these services aim to provide convenience for residents to handle relevant affairs online and onsite at nearby stations and receive feedback in the promised time.

So far, all government services in Xiuwen can be processed online and 591 matters have had services optimized, generating benefits to 562 enterprises in the county. With streamlined governance and delegating authorities, market dynamics have been stimulated. 

Based on the principles of convenience, efficiency, openness, transparency and risk control, the cancellation and registration procedures for enterprises in Xiuwen have been simplified. At present, 618 enterprises have enjoyed the new services. 

To reduce disputes and dishonesty in the process of enterprise registration, Xiuwen actively promotes real-name registration on applications. In 2019, it has handled 281 enterprise applications, supported 180 enterprises and allocated 4.83 million yuan ($69.06 million). 

The county has also spared no efforts to create a fair, competitive and decent market by actively promoting common sense, honesty and obedience to the law among enterprises.
