The Wudang district government service center recently received a silk banner from Ms Li, a resident of Zhejiang province living in Guizhou province, bearing the words: "Committed to the people, solving problems with dedication."

Ms Li visited the center to handle interprovincial social security matters. Through online remote assistance and entrusted agency services, staff members helped her complete the entire process, eliminating the need for her to travel between Zhejiang and Guizhou.
"Before coming here, I had prepared myself to make several trips between the two provinces. I didn't expect everything to be completed in just one visit," Ms Li said.
The center has actively promoted integrated departmental services, remote guidance, postal processing, and agency services in recent years, breaking geographical barriers and improving efficiency.
The center has also established a 24/7 self-service area to accommodate residents who are unable to visit during regular daytime hours, offering full-process assistance for special groups. So far this year, the center has handled more than 3,500 service items.
