Wudang attracts talents in Changsha

As June marks graduation season, Wudang district in Guiyang, capital of Southwest China's Guizhou province, recently held special job fairs targeting university and college graduates in Changsha, capital of Central China's Hunan province.  

A total of 28 enterprises from Wudang took part in the job fair with 64 positions, expecting to recruit 268 graduates. Among these were China Zhenhua Electronics Group Co, Zhenhua Institute (Guiyang) Co and Guiyang Xintian Pharmaceutical Co.

The job fairs respectively held in Central South University and Changsha Medical University attracted more than 1,000 graduates, with 70 percent of them having a master's degree or above. A total of 200 of them reached preliminary employment agreements.

Over the years, Wudang district has been nurturing and attracting talents involved in manufacturing, big data, education, healthcare and technological innovation. In the first five months of this year, the district saw the addition of 650 talents in the manufacturing industry, 212 in the big data sector and 343 with practical rural skills.
