Guizhou issues funds for major projects

The Guizhou Provincial Development and Reform Commission recently distributed the first batch of special funds for the initial construction of 167 major projects in 2024.

These projects revolve around industrial bases, transportation, water conservancy, ecological construction, environment protection, social welfare, and safety guarantees.

About half of these projects are also expected to receive funding support at the national level.

All projects that receive provincial funding must participate in performance assessment, so that the government is made aware of construction progress and where the funds were used.
