Enterprises promote Guiyang's characteristic products

A Guiyang product promotion meeting, with the theme "Cool Guiyang", was held in Xiuwen county, Guiyang, Southwest China's Guizhou province, on Jan 11.

High-quality enterprises promoted their characteristic products at the event.

On the same day, the "Cool Guiyang" shopping coupons were issued, and a series of winter shopping discount activities were announced for the upcoming Spring Festival.

In 2023, Guiyang selected 112 enterprises to promote the "Cool Guiyang" city image. They are operators of time-honored brands, large-scale cultural tourism projects, scenic spots and tourism shopping demonstration sites.

So far, Guiyang has organized for promotional material to be advertised at airports, railway stations and other public spaces. It has also set up Guiyang product exhibitions, and invited more than 40 enterprises to participate. It also selected 15 companies to join exhibitions and conferences outside Guizhou.

Guiyang was selected as one of the top 20 popular destinations for summer travel in 2023 by Tongcheng Travel. It was included in the list of "Preferred Summer Resort Destinations for 2023", which was released by the China Tourism Academy and the CMA Public Meteorological Service Center.
