The 2023 Guiyang City and Guian New Area Medicine and Medical Equipment Promotion Meeting was held in Changsha city on Nov 24.

The event was organized by the Wuhan office of the Guiyang government, the Wudang district's government, and the administrative committee of the Wudang Economic & Technological Development Zone.

A total of 15 Hunan-based healthcare enterprises and four chambers of commerce were invited.

Sinopharm Holdings Guizhou Medical Equipment Co introduced its medical, industrial park in Wudang district, inviting Hunan's entrepreneurs to invest in the district.

The discussions between the two sides related to healthcare and medical equipment development in Guiyang and Guian. There was also a focus on favorable policies and the process for applying for a medical device registration license.
