Shuanglong economic zone holds development promotion conference

The development promotion conference of Guizhou Shuanglong Airport Economic Zone in Guiyang, capital of Southwest China's Guizhou province, took place at the headquarters of the International Mountain Tourism Alliance in the zone on June 12.

With a total investment of 35.51 billion yuan ($5 billion), 33 key projects were signed at the conference, including seven projects of Global Fortune 500 companies and 13 projects of leading enterprises.

These projects will involve industries including aviation, high-end manufacturing, and high-end services, and will promote the optimization and upgrading of the industrial chain in the zone.

The conference aims to further enhance the zone's reputation and its leading position as a national-level airport economic demonstration zone, as well as comprehensively promote its core competitiveness.

In the future, it will build itself into a place for entrepreneurs to invest and start businesses, with more preferential policies, better services, and a favorable business environment.
