The Guizhou Shuanglong Bonded Logistics Center (Type B) began operating on Dec 10, with the Guizhou International Airport Logistics Distribution Center launched alongside it.
The Shuanglong Bonded Logistics Center has completed the construction acceptance in just seven months since approved in February and met the conditions for closed operation in November, setting a new speed for the construction of Guizhou's open-up platform.
The center will rely on international air cargo channels, a diversified warehousing system, bonded policy dividends, and other advantages to provide enterprises with services such as bonded warehousing, international logistics distribution, and customs clearance services, reducing operating costs and capital pressure on enterprises while improving logistics efficiency and trade facilitation.
It will use the location advantages of Shuanglong, accelerate the formation of Southeast Asia, South Asia, and Central Asia as the main direction of opening-up, integrate into national strategies such as the Belt and Road Initiative and the New International Land-Asea Trade Corridor, and provide strong support to build a new hub of inland open economy.
Shuanglong will use the center to provide efficient and convenient customs clearance services and supply chain guarantees for key industries, attracting upstream and downstream enterprises relying on the dividends of the bonded policy, promoting the deep integration of international trade, logistics distribution, and terminal consumption, and accelerating the transformation and upgrading of regional industries.
