The "Enterprise Home" in the Shuanglong Airport Economic Zone has been helping two companies located in the Advanced Equipment Manufacturing Industrial Park to address their specific needs recently. It has been promptly addressing a series of development-related problems the enterprises are facing.
As one of the first pilot areas in Guizhou province for the "Enterprise Home" initiative, the zone has established a leadership group and a joint service team to respond precisely to enterprises' needs.
Since its launch in 2023, the "Enterprise Home" of the zone has organized 77 enterprise-related service items, coordinated 23 departments, and assembled 52 dedicated service specialists to provide comprehensive support for enterprises.
To further expand services, the zone's comprehensive government service center has explored a scenario-based government service model, focusing on business clusters, standard factories, and industrial parks.
The zone set up three extended service platforms in the Advanced Equipment Manufacturing Industrial Park, the Airport Pharmaceutical Logistics Park, and the Colorful Guizhou City, delivering services directly to the doorsteps of enterprises.
An innovative model for government-enterprise collaboration is introduced for the extension of the "Enterprise Home" services. To date, the "Enterprise Home" in the zone has handled 596 requests from 461 enterprises, achieving a 100-percent completion and satisfaction rate.
