The large-scale commercial complex Sasseur (Guiyang) Outlets in the Shuanglong zone achieved over 130 million yuan ($17.86 million) in sales in the first month after reopening, and passenger traffic has recovered to 92 percent of its previous amount.

"The flow of people on weekdays is more than 15,000 every day, and on weekends it is as high as 40,000 or 50,000," said Chen Youlin, marketing manager of Sasseur (Guiyang) Outlets.

The complex is disinfected three to four times a day, and the nucleic acid testing and management of salespersons and shopping mall employees have been strengthened. If the nucleic acid test results of visitors are expired, they will not be allowed to enter the complex.

Sasseur (Guiyang) Outlets brings together more than 400 international and domestic brands, with a total construction area of about 220,000 square meters. It also has more than 60 specialty restaurants and 5,000 parking spaces.

Other industries such as catering and car sales in the Shuanglong zone are also recovering.
