Qin Gang, the founder of Guizhou Qianwu Technology Co, checked his self-developed smart livestock management platform on his phone. He could see cattle on a farm 20 kilometers away calmly grazing, with health metrics – temperature and heart rate – displayed in real time.
Headquartered in Guizhou Science City since 2022, this young company has developed smart platforms for livestock and asset management and advanced detection equipment for smart manufacturing. With 20 years of experience in life sciences, Qin used his expertise to launch "One Livestock, One Cloud", a platform offering end-to-end traceability from breeding to sales. The system uses RFID ear tags to monitor an animal's health and vaccination records, sends disease alerts via AI data analysis, and streamlines processes from farm to consumer.
Qin's team also developed two precision testing instruments, the ZK-2000 Laser Particle Size Analyzer and the ZK-200 Nano Particle Analyzer, which are used in industries such as fermentation, mining, and pharmaceuticals. These innovations are revolutionizing quality checks, reducing test times from weeks to minutes.
The rapid growth of Guizhou Qianwu Technology owes much to the support from the Guiyang National High-tech Industrial Development Zone, whose team has provided strategic guidance, policy insights, and entrepreneurial incubation. With demand from research institutions and expanding partnerships across Yunnan, Guangxi, and Hunan, Qin is optimistic. He aims to lead the company in pioneering technological breakthroughs that drive industry efficiency and safety.
