Big Data Expo 2024 releases top 10 technological achievements

A release conference of leading technological achievements was held on Aug 28 at the China International Big Data Industry Expo 2024 in Guiyang, capital of Southwest China's Guizhou province.

The conference unveiled 10 leading technological achievements and 57 outstanding scientific innovations, including the Inspur Zhiji Agricultural Internet Platform.

The leading technological achievements showcased major scientific discoveries and theoretical advancements in large-scale AI models, big data, blockchain, cloud computing, 5G, the Internet of Things, and data security.

Some leading achievements were the Tianchuanliu large mobility model, which captures human travel patterns precisely using communication data, and Alibaba Apsara Stack's next-generation multi-core, multi-computing cloud application platform for governments and enterprises.

Other achievements included ModelArts Studio's large model service platform, a database and software development for enhancing the diagnosis and treatment of neurological disorders, and Ant Group's FAIR privacy computing technology platform. Also mentioned were the State Cloud integrated computing acceleration platform and China Unicom's Lakehouse, a big data platform with key technologies and applications. Lakehouse is a new, open architecture that combines the best elements of data lakes and warehouses.

Other highlighted achievements included research on multimodal data identification technology for agricultural pests in complex environments, efficient cloud security protection and application programming interface technology, and breakthrough technologies in software supply chain security.

These achievements, which span a wide range of fields, exhibit strong innovation and develop mature application scenarios, highlighting big data's influence and innovative power.

The conference is a platform to promote the demonstration and application of these outstanding global technological achievements, fostering the deep integration of big data with the real economy.
