Guiyang holds innovation finals for SMEs

The finals of the eighth "Maker China" Guiyang Small and Medium-sized Enterprise (SME) Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition was held in the Guiyang International Talent City in Guiyang, capital city of Southwest China's Guizhou province, on Sept 8.

A total of 30 projects in the enterprise group and 30 projects in the maker group competed in the finals.

After intense competition, the medical health expert project based on 3D image reconstruction won first-place in the maker group, and the research and development and industrialization project featuring a one-way transmission device for new wireless lasers won first-place in the enterprise group.

At least 30 projects that participated in the final were selected to advance to the province's top 50 candidate list.

The "Maker China" Guiyang SME Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition has been held for the past four years, attracting many innovation and entrepreneurship projects in Guiyang and leading to the emergence of a large number of high-quality enterprises.
