Commissioners urged to boost rural vitalization

The Guiyang bureau of science and technology held the 2023 science and technology commissioners work forum on March 16.

Science and technology commissioners are professional and technical personnel engaged in the commercialization of sci-tech achievements, development of advantageous and characteristic industries, construction of agricultural sci-tech parks and industrialization bases, and medical and health services.

The forum emphasized that the creation of the commissioner positions is a major measure to boost rural vitalization.

The forum reported the achievements, key measures and problems experienced by the commissioners in Guiyang last year, and gave a speech on the work plan for 2023.

This year, commissioners will seek to strengthen business guidance and capital risk investigation as well as expand diverse service models.

At the same time, they will focus on industrial technology guidance services, the introduction and promotion of technologies, technical bottleneck solving, local talent training, agricultural industry function expansion and other work to boost rural vitalization.
