Guiyang enhances technology and financial services

With the support of the Guiyang bureau of science and technology, the Guiyang high-tech industry association signed a cooperation agreement with the Guiyang Chengbei branch of China Construction Bank (CCB) on Feb 16.

Zhang Yu, director of the bureau of science and technology, president of CCB Chengbei branch, Zeng Qunshan, head of high-tech industry association, and representatives of various enterprises attended the signing ceremony.

The head of the high-tech industry association hoped to take this cooperation signing as an opportunity to strengthen cooperation with CCB to explore a new model of science and technology financial services.

Zeng said the Chengbei branch of CCB is one of the bank's 14 branches in Guizhou province. He hopes that the cooperation with the high-tech association can rely on two sides' advantages to complement each other in developing technology and financial services.

Zhang said that the speed of Guiyang's economic and social development is fast of high quality in recent years. Guiyang has formed a significant gathering of scientific and technological innovation factors. 

To promote the cultivation and development of high-tech industries, Zhang hopes that the commercialization of scientific and technological achievements and economic development could support each other.

To create more achievements, the association and CCB will strengthen coordination in financing support for major science and technology projects and cultivating high-tech enterprises for listing.
