Guiyang Aluminum Industry Association to be launched

The launch ceremony for the Guiyang Aluminum Industry Association is set to take place on Jan 16 in Guiyang, capital city of Southwest China's Guizhou province, according to local media reports.

The establishment of the association reportedly coincides with the historically rapid development of seven major industries in Guiyang.

It is understood that the Guiyang science and technology bureau will be involved. It will actively build a platform, focus on opening up cooperation channels between upstream and downstream enterprises, promote school-enterprise ventures and promote the commercialization of R&D achievements in the aluminum industry.
