Since Guiyang National High-tech Industrial Development Zone (Guiyang HIDZ) officially established the National Technical Standard Innovation base (Guizhou big data) in November 2018, 49 standards have been formulated.
Guiyang HIDZ is located in Guiyang, the capital city of Southwest China's Guizhou province. It has innovated various big data technical criteria and formulated 49 standards, including four international standards, six national standards, six industry standards, 26 local standards and seven group standards.
Since the base's establishment, a relatively complete regional big data standardization policy system has been established, which provides policy guarantees, incentive measures and other support for the zone's big data standardization and base construction.
The base has established seven professional committees focused on big data in government, industry, transportation, people's livelihoods, healthcare, urban comprehensive video imaging and blockchain. The committees are intended to adapt to the big data industry's development and encourage scientific and technological innovation. The base has also created four influential professional service platforms.
In addition, the base has established three technical centers, strengthened the cooperation of standardization resources with science and technology and industrial resources, promoted the commercialization and application of big data innovation achievements, improved the supply capacity of big data standards, and provided technical support for the high-quality development of the big data industry.
