The renovation of the urban village is aimed at improving people's livelihoods and promoting high-quality urban development. In recent years, Guiyang and Gui'an have been working to renovate urban villages to high standards, continuously improving urban functions and quality.

This year, Guiyang and Gui'an plan to implement 46 urban village renovation projects involving the transformation of over 40,000 households, with a total investment exceeding 150 billion yuan ($20.73 billion).

The Guizhou Branch of the China Development Bank and the Guizhou Branch of the Agricultural Development Bank of China have actively participated in and provided services for these projects. To date, they have provided 33.4 billion yuan in credit for 25 projects, offering strong financial support for the renovation of urban villages in Guiyang and Gui'an.

This year, Huaxi has actively mobilized resources, coordinated efforts, and made significant progress in seven urban village renovation projects, which are now fully underway.
