Huaxi works to ensure metro line 3 opens

A delegation led by Xu Junsong, secretary of the Party Work Committee of the Guiyang Economic and Technological Development Zone and secretary of the Party Committee of Huaxi district, visited the new Guiyang Metro Line 3 on Dec 12.

Guiyang Metro Line 3 is set to open on Dec 16. It is a major route connecting the north and south of Guiyang. It starts from Tongmuling Station (Provincial Party School) in Huaxi district and connects to Luowan Station in Wudang district, passing through Huaxi, Nanming, Yunyan and Wudang districts.

During the visit, they carried out detailed inspections of the surrounding environment, sanitation conditions, road greening, planning and construction, service facilities, and bus connections at each station on the metro line.

Xu said that subways are crucial for urban development and people's well-being. He urged maximum effort to ensure the opening of the metro line and advised collaboratively working towards creating a clean, tidy, comfortable, and aesthetically pleasing environment along the line, enhancing Huaxi's image.
