Huaxi project wins international award again

The "CRREG · Yuehuaxi" project in Guiyang, developed and constructed by China Railway Real Estate Group (Guizhou), was recently awarded the "MUSE Design Awards" Gold Prize in the 2023 second-quarter evaluation results announced by the International Awards Association.

The project previously received the "2022 Global Future Design" Gold Award and the "London Design Awards" Gold Award.

The "CRREG · Yuehuaxi"project, located in the central region of Huaxi district, Guiyang, capital of Southwest China's Guizhou province, covers an area of 1,200 mu (80 hectares). It is a modern community in harmony with nature. It is also the province's first project introducing the WELL Building Standard to provide owners with a healthy lifestyle.
