Huaxi firm focuses on development of prefabricated construction

Wang Guoqun, deputy technical director of China Construction Science and Technology Group Co's prefabricated construction factory in Huaxi district in Guiyang, capital of Southwest China's Guizhou province, recently expressed his confidence in the future of prefabricated construction after listening to the government work report delivered during the ongoing two sessions in Beijing on March 4 and 13. 

"The government work report proposed that, this year, China will accelerate the construction of modern industries, focus on the manufacturing industrial chain, and concentrate high-quality resources to jointly promote key technological research," said Wang. 

In recent years, the factory, as the first prefabricated construction demonstration base in Guizhou, has continued to promote technological innovation.

Its newly-developed double T plate and prestressed beam products have been promoted and applied to various projects, and are the main product of the factory, improving the factory's competitiveness in the regional market. 

Next, the factory will further explore the provincial market, realize the high-end, green, and intensive development of the prefabricated construction industry, promote the transformation and upgrading of the construction industry, and contribute to the high-quality development of Huaxi district.
