The supporting project of the "Channeling computing resources from the East to the West" Gui'an New Area Computing Power Industrial Cluster in Southwest China's Guizhou province is now in full swing.
The project is divided into an initial zone, a development zone, and an expansion zone. It is a key project supported by computing power facilities and the computing power industry.
The development zone (Phase II project) includes constructing a network information industrial base, a computing power center, centralized cooling facilities, and the Gui'an New Area computing power application platform. It will also feature a production base for power supply and distribution equipment, an energy management system for source-grid-load-storage, and a zero-carbon comprehensive management and trading platform.
Over 500 workers are on site daily to expedite construction, and ample supplies of construction materials like steel and cement are available. The construction team is striving to ensure the project is completed on schedule.
Buildings 3 and 4 have entered the internal bricklaying and installation phase, building 2 will be completed this week, and building 1 has completed the basement construction and is starting the main structure above ground.
